The Sustainability Workforce Transformation Programme (SWTP) is a 3-month programme that is designed to develop leadership in ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) across all industries. It is delivered in a hybrid manner, encompassing collaborative asynchronous eLearning, live virtual learning, as well as physical in-person elements. The outcome of the SWTP is that ESG leaders will enable companies to establish and develop their ESG capability, strategy and roadmap, and execute.

Course Fees for the 3 months programme is S$6,500 with salary support funding of up to S$45,000 for eligible individuals
