What is SPARK Circles
- A confidential, trusting environment for learning, idea exchange and self exploration, for personal and business growth
- A peer group who will offer support as participants explore opportunities and challenges, without judgment
- Foster relationship to collectively do better in driving Business as a FORCE for Good
- Modelled after the YPO (Young Presidents Organisation) Forum, a 74-year-old global network of 30,000 CEOs
How it works
- 5-6 participants in each group
- Moderator led sessions
- Total of 4 sessions lasting 1.5 hours each
- Each online session will touch on suggested topics or participants can come up with their topics of interest to be discussed during the sessions
- The small group size allows for deeper connections and more focused discussions
- This format is also conducive to building trust and fostering a supportive environment
